Our Austin Studio
Located in the heart of downtown, our studio is within walking distance of scores of restaurants, arts & entertainment, and the fast growing residential areas of downtown. We’re in walking distance to the Town Lake Hike & Bike trail, which is always full of sporting activity year round. Adjacent to Town Lake are Barton Springs and Zilker Park, both of which are just a short jog or bike ride away.
The studio is dangerously close to the center of the fun during the annual SXSW music festival, as well as a multitude of other downtown festivities, including the annual Austin Game Developers Conference at the nearby convention center. Our Austin office is made up of corporate management, publishing, and development teams. Our professional staff enjoys a casual, relaxed, and creative work environment.
Austin in a Nutshell
Austin is the capital of Texas and its fourth largest city. Austin is known for having the largest amount of live music venues per capita in the US. In addition to music, the city also contains many museums, galleries and performing arts venues. Many colleges and universities are found throughout the Austin area, including the University of Texas. In addition to collegiate sports, the Austin area is home to Triple-A minor league baseball, AHL hockey, and several other professional and semi-professional teams.
Austin is situated on a chain of seven lakes along the Colorado River, which provide for great water sports throughout much of the year. Numerous campgrounds and miles of hike and bike trails also provide year round outdoor fun. The climate is warm, with less than 24 days of subfreezing temperatures per year. Average yearly rainfall is around 33 inches.
